A Little Outdoor Cooking

If your going to BBQ, you might as well load the grill. It's keeps my friends happy. The bacon gives the pork butts good flavor and can be used for many other things.
 
ok, it wasn't all my doing ,but I helped some . our 2014 elks luau was a pig success.imagejpeg_1.jpg

we named him Arnold Ziffel and he was snow white to begin with. he was very good!
 
Did a little brisket, put it on at 10:00 pm last night, it hit 195 internal and probed like butter at 1:30 pm today. Did a FTC and held it until dinner time, some good eating.

All dry rubbed down with Lotabull red dirt dry rub.
