a comparison of my sig p238, 380 6 round mag and my sig p365XL, 9m 13 round mag. 238 is a lot easier to conceal, but the 365 has a lot more punch and doubles the amount of ammo.

So far very happy with the 365, I always loved the 238.

I've been considering the P365...how do you like yours? Started carrying it full-time yet? FWIW - my daily carry is the Glock 42 and if I'm feeling fancy I carry my "We the People" P238. I don't carry it much as it's a collectors item (IMHO) and don't want it all scuffed up.

I do like the p365xl. It is just a little bigger than the p365. I haven’t got a lot of range time since everything is still locked down here in NM until 15 May. I carry it around the house so I can get the feel of the gun but have not made it my every day carry. I have carried the p238 enough that I have to feel and make sure it is on my side.

I’m a new guy here so my opinion doesn’t count but you asked

I have always used a 9mm for EDC. I suggest a lot of range time no matter what caliber you shoot. Doesn’t matter if your using a 22lr up to a 44mag neither matter if you can’t hit your target.

I've carried for 30 yrs most of the time a S&W in 9mm At times a 380 I would carry my 1911A1 in 45 if it was not so big always with extra clips

From your Personal Experience, if you were obtaining a CCW, what would you get?

I have carried a Glock 26, Glock 42, Sig P938, and presently carry a Sig P238.

I am am looking for something that has more power than the 380 and more rounds.

There are a million things out there, and I have owned or still own some big handguns that are not feasible to daily carry.

Never owned a .40, but I have carried and own .38s, .357 Magnums, .357 Sigs, 9mms, and a 10mm. I do not own a 10mm.
