'85 250r carburetor issue, help!!

As soon as I start it, it revs really high. What did I do wrong?
I'm pretty sure my slide is in the right spot but not sure on what my throttle stop screw adjustment should be. The thumb throttle feels normal. The air screw is 2 turns out.

the slide is sticking or you have an air leak

Yep, make sure the Slide is bottomed out at idle, and the Throttle is completely free and returning to full stop....could also be a frayed cable....
