GL1800 trike Headlight issue

I just had a trike kit installed on my 2014 GL1800, My bike has progressive front cartridge shocks on it. The installer told me that they install a 2' extension on the stock front forks but they have no extension for the Progressive. They told me that the Progressive tube is longer that the stock Honda tube. My problem with headlights turned up to 10 they are nowhere close to the way they were before the 6 degree rack kit installed. Anything I can do to get my lights turned up higher? Thanks for any advise.
