A few of you might remember that I showed up in Maggie Valley with a 1982 Honda GL1100 with a 1999 Lehman Trike Kit on a trailer. I had gone to Missouri a couple days before MV to get it. I had problems getting it started and ended up leaving it on the trailer.
Got all the "bugs":Bug2: out (I hope). New battery, changed oil, complete tune up (including valve adjustment), flushed and replaced coolant hoses, installed external dipstick and new seat as well as new mirrors.
Have ridden her close to home the past 500 miles but am taking her on the road tomorrow. :Excited:Going from Coastal NC to Smith Mountain Lake in Central VA. After a couple of days will take off over the hills and east for Hampton, VA and then eventually back home.
Figure on 800 miles this trip and will camp a couple of the nights. Photo of the 1100 and my Aspen Sentry camper is in my photo album or use below link.
