Ok took the Trike on the 2nd ride and was a lot better. I went to a Church parking lot and did some figure 8's and turns. Guess what, the Trike did not turn over lol. Then I went for a nice 30 or so mile ride. Other then being cold all was good.

I made sure to stay loose and not tighten up my arms and shoulders. I really just stopped think it over and enjoyed my ride. :)

RdKnB,
Your doing about the same thing I did when I got mine the end of Jan. I now have 657 miles on it , and feel like I can handle it pretty good now, I have even quit trying to put my left foot down when I come to a stop:D.
The only problem I still have [and have not hit anything yet] is I keep forgetting about the rear fender clearance, and have came close, esp. when pulling next to a gas pump, I have to keep reminding my self about the rear fender clearance, other then that I can handle it ok. Good luck on your training ;).

Glad you're more comfortable with the new trike, it just takes time. I Was kinda tentative when we first got out trike, too, but that should go away. Just wait til the nice riding weather gets here.

Sure handles differently than a single track vehicle, doesn't it!

I sure does, but I am loving it. Just learning to relax and trust in the bike is all it is taking. Going to warm up some tomorrow so I will be out and about on it.

You got to break in your riding. I picked up mine in Austin Tx, and drove for 5 hours in 45 mph crosswinds to get it home. Believe me, by the time I got home, I was somewhat familiar with it. LOl Quite the experience.
