2025 Planned Rides

1. Is done pick up Trike in KY.
2. Asheville NC Shark week End of July to first week or so of August. We may add a week to it just messing around.
3. Patti's run Kentucky Dam KY. Back to Sept 20 2024 crash sight.

There will be others. Two are ones that have been planed for at least a year.

I plan to attend Myrtle Beach Spring Bike Week In May, Laconia in June, and the Myrtle Beach Fall Bike Week in SEP/OCT. I am also keeping an eye out for Trike events in the Northeast.

Going to VA to visit ironhorse54 for the first week in June. July should see a trip to the Flight 99 memorial site in PA.

Had a chance to get away for 3 days. We knew it would be a bit chilly but weather showed no rain.

We rolled out and the rain started. 35-42 degrees and rain most of day one. Wake up at motel to heavy frost . Slept in a bit had a good ride. Day 3 dry and a bit warmer.

This ride had no real must do it was just a ride.
La Crosse WI . Wanted to go see if the worlds largest 6 pack was still there. It was.

Wanted to have coffee a Julie's on the corner of 3rd st. Place where college drops outs sat around and talked about how they would fix the world. Go smoke a bowl come back and try to remember what they were talking about.

Sadly Julie's was moved. It now has a drive up coffee window a few blocks from where it use to be.

Rode the river roads On WI,MN and some IA side.

Many years ago when we had the trucks. That brewery was a customer ,we delivered liquid sugar and corn spur there . At one time the 6 pack was pained with La Crosse beer cans.

2,500 miles on the new one. This was kind of a shake down two up fully loaded.
Lat one had a good stage 2 cam setup so there is a bit of a difference in power.
Couple QC issues to deal with.

It handled great road smooth

Man - that looked really chilly. We have had the trike out just a few times - short trips. Am hoping for warmer - sunny weather soon.

While in VA if you can visit Williamsburg go aboard USS Wisconsin. Worth a visit. Couple years back RoadGlide.org had Shark week there. Dinner was setuo on the deck after normal closing time.

Weather forecasting is like Baseball - They get it right 3 out of 10 times and end up in the Hall of Fame!
Some of my favorite rides were just "wandering" with no special destination planned.
