Hi Matt, Welcome to Trike Talk and your first post

Most of us are running 22-24 PSI for a softer ride

Why Because it rides like Shit ? You can lower them down to 10 pounds it wont help, You have a straight axle, you have tires with very little side wall, so they have no cushion, & the shocks Suck. So to start you have to buy a $ 1000.00 set of shocks A $150.00 set of shock mounts, at that time you might as well get a set of 15" rear wheels & get 70 series tires. then it will ride Better. Sorry Be mad at Harley :xzqxz:

Welcome Matt I ran 24 lbs on my trike with the low profile tires and was happy. I only rode one up

You'd think what one spends for a CVO that HD would put better shocks on them. I think this winter I'll hit up DK Custom for shocks. Took a lovely lady for a ride yesterday. She never rode on any type of motorcycle let alone a trike. She complained that the seat wasnt comfortable for her narrow ass. She complained everytime we hit so much as a crack in the road. She complained about the ladys HD leather jacket I let her borrow ( its like new) . She complained she had to pee- every 11.3 miles.I dont pee in every state. She complained as we climbed higher and complained when we dropped lower. She complained about the BBQ joint we ate at. She complained on the two lane and complained on the 4 lane. She had to pee- again. I left her at a truck stop. I miss that jacket.

Matt, I’m running 23 psi with 18” rears and Goodyear tires, also have the pro action shocks from dk customs, always ride 2 up and am very happy with ride

Matt, I run 22# in the rear tires on my '21 CVO, satisfied with the ride.
