2008, Hot and Cold temperature controls removal

Hello,

I have a 2008 Stallion and need to find out how to remove the hot and cold controllers so I can replace them? Yes I can get the panel lose by removing the 2 screws but I need to figure out how to get the hot and cold controllers out of the panel because both of mine are damaged?
