2007 H-D with Motor Trike Gladiator Kit

After being frustrated with not being able to have my BMW K1200 LT trike serviced anywhere in Ontario, I sold it. I'm looking at a 2007 H-D with a Gladiator back end.

The trike comes with a "Carter" reverse. Any one ever hear of a Carter reverse??

Thanks for the link Trike Lady. Those reverses all look like Champions to me. Apparently, the Carter is a mechanical reverse that is operated/engaged by an electric switch???

Then using the clutch and throttle, as you would with a Champion, the trike backs up!

Carter makes Electric Motors, I didn't know that they made Mechanical Reverses that go/fit on Harley Transmissions...

I just texted the seller, waiting on his reply. I'm suspecting Baker as well, by his explanation.

I contacted the seller again and he confirmed that the reverse is indeed a Baker. I'm familiar with the Champion reverse but not the Baker. Are they reliable, read "Bulletproof" here.
