my question is , if I change the tranny sprocket to 30 tooth instead of 32 should I also change the rear to 68 instead of 66. I want just a little more torque, not go crazy. also, can I reuse my existing belt with no problems. also , can anybody tell me what the cost should be.

The difference in the 30 tooth pulley versus the 32 tooth is remarkable. I don't think you would need to change the rear at all (I've never encountered anyone who did). But, unless you have a lot of adjustment room between the pulleys to take up the extra belt slack, you'll have to change the belt to a shorter belt (I think you go down one tooth on the belt, but others here can correct me, it's been a while since I did mine. Cost f you shop around for good quality parts should be about %250-$300 for the two parts. Since the belt is usually something you'll have order (since it's not stock), I got an extra to keep with me in case I have problems on the road.

Changed from a 32 to 30 and didn't need a different belt. I agree that you need not change the other pully. Like night and day difference when you change to the 30. My speedo is 4 mph faster than it actually is.

We need to keep in mind the OP has an 07 FLHTC with a conversion, things become a little more work when dealing with the conversion vs the Triglide. I'd touch base with the folks who make the kit and see what they suggest.
