How serious do you want to get? I had an 07 with a police 103. I ran a power commander tuner with a stage one air cleaner. A van and vince 2 to 1 to 2 exhaust with Rush mufflers 1.75 baffles. S and S 310 g cams. Dynoed it ran super and great reduction in heat. I also ran the Love Jugs fans. Oil temp (had gauge) normal was 235. Loved it.

Welcome from New Mexico. Follow the DK Custom threads and you will get a lot of info on heat. I had a 2007 Ultra that I did a lot of stuff to and it was still hot. I have done a lot of things to the 14 tri glide and it sure is cooler. Read the DK thread about the 2014 tri glide. Jim

On 16 Tri Glide, I went with Love Jugs, Oil cooler and Stage 1. Experienced a significant drop in heat.

Do the love jugs blow the hot air on your leg? Seem like where the exhaust fan is blowing off the heads? Thanks VTXharley

Yes the air is blowing across the cylinders. You will feel some on your right leg but not nearly as much after you do the other items to cool it
