Had some penne pasta and Italian sausage, finished up my peppers in oil
Fried Porkchop with Sweet Potato mash .
Looks great Frank, simple supper but really yummy.

Mexican last night, I had a pick 3, Chile Relleno, enchilada, burrito and the Misses had a Chimichanga also a few margaritas were consumed.

Yesterday I whipped up a Cajun catfish casserole. It was pretty good but I have to tweak the sauce a little more.

Raw Oysters are up to $2.00 each at the Ct. Oyster fest ——eeeek !
That's about what they are down here Frank, on Fridays this one pub has them in the afternoon for $1.00, either steamed or raw.
