Gas Tank
Take 38.5 mpg x 5 gallons you should be able to go about 195 miles? but if I get on the freeway & run 75 or more MPH my mileage can drop to 30MPG, it drives me crazier the light comes on with 2 gallons left in the tank. I ran out once, Thats why I made a 7-gallon tank, my last tank today 237...- ROAD DOG

Go trade in the tires for the correct size, even if it cost a couple hundred dollars it has to be cheaper and better than cutting out that crossmember & SAFER- ROAD DOG

Problems Already
The reverse got to be something stupid, a wire that was not hooked up, my reverse is great use it all the time, the rear door is a 15 minute adjustment.- ROAD DOG

Drilled Mufflers
Center punched them & used a unibit 1" it just lets the bike breath better, try it if you do not like it put a 5/16 bolt nut & two big washers to fill the hole. It sounds really good to me- ROAD DOG

That's my 7-gallon gas tank; it was 5.5. The color looks black in the shade, dark maroon in the light, kinda of a bright red in the direct sunlight.
