slip-on torque

I just bought some new Vance Hines slip-ons for my 2011 tri-glide.The destructions say to tighten the 5/16 bolts to factory specs.Don't have the manual so was wondering what the factory specs are.the destructions say to tighten the torca bands to 40-45 lbs.:Shrug:

Someone may provide the exact torque spec that you're asking about, but here's a chart with ball park torque values........

96 to 144 inch lbs or 8 to 12 ft lbs
