I heard of a few ways to do this anyone know a good way that they have good results with ?

I did this
weighted the roast 10lbs
multiplied it by 5 = 50 min. (if it is a 4 lb roast then it would be 20 min. etc)
Oven preheated to 500 deg.
soften a stick of butter and smear it all over the roast Ends included
season with garlic powder , Kosher salt, and what ever else you like
Place roast in Oven for 50 min.
Turn off the oven after 50 min ( that is for a very pink roast add 5 min to get a more well done roast )
Do not open the door ( don't even touch the handle )
Leave it for 2hours
Remove it and slice it up.
Came out perfect

Wrap it in 3 layers of foil, strap it to the exhaust of a 2010 Tri-Glide and go for a 150 mile trip (medium rare) or increase by 50 mile increments to get it done further....LOL
