Trigg Trike Yamaha Road Star

I recently bought a preowned Trigg Trike Conversion (built in 2013) for my 2000 Yamaha Road Star XV1600.The problem that I am having is with the "Pre-Load" adjustment.The Heim-Clevis Linkage is too short (not enough threads) to set up for the "Pre-Load" adjustment.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

are you sure your conversion kit is for your bike? Have you contacted Trigg? Have you contacted the person you bought it from,what did they say it was mounted on?

Had one on my 1800 VTX and it was a good for a little while then had Randie do a ROAD SMITH with a 6% rake it rides like a Caddie I LOVE IT.

triggs trike was bought out by Bushtec in 2014, don't know if they still make them. you might try youtube is if someone did a selfhelp video.
