Made burgers on the smoker yesterday then put a lite coat of Maple Bacon BBQ sauce on them, delish.

Some of you Yankees might not get this… Chicken n pastry, thin crispy cornbread , yams and fresh picked Dixie Lee field peas…I originally from Canada so even after 32 years I am still not used to this…lol.

Actually to be the good stuff it Is only legally available in North Jersey and is called ‘Taylor’ ‘Ham’……mostly served on a bagel;IE; Taylor ham egg and cheese on a bagel..
