Pre Load Message Error

I have a 2010 Honda 1800 with Motor Trike modification that I bought used a few months ago. Upon start up I get the Pre Load Error message and need to clear it. I was hoping I could find a way to disable this message? I know that the original motor and level sensor has been removed. Has anyone been able to eliminate this annoying message on start up?
