It's been pretty chilly last couple of days here in Florida so we made some comfort food that we call Joes Dinner. Also fried up some hot peppers in oil, Humgarian Wax, Serrano, Red Chiles, Habanero and Jalapeño.

Corn beef hash resipies
There are many different verstions of this breakfast/dinner meal .
Mine is a coarse grind of the beef . Mash up and brown tater tots or hash brown patties. Just a little red or green pepper , I like jalapeños less the seeds . Cook on a flat top with some A1 sauce . Then plate with a yokey egg or two on top .
I boil up a 25 pounder , to make sure thers breakfast , after feeding 6 . :clapping:

Spaghetti with homemade gravy, (sauce for you, non whops) & imported from Italy Chianti. :clapping::clapping:
When we make the gravy there is enough for about 4 meals so we can freeze some.
