HONDA PAN EURO TO TRIKE

Hi all i live in the uk , and wish to carry on riding the Dream -- to do this ,due to mobility problems i need to convert the pan euro to a trike ,, on searching the net i have found bolt on units ,with trailer type wheels , which bolt onto the side of the bike , holding the bike upright , but leaves the back wheel in place /// these units are just bolt on - my main question is does anyone know ( a good company selling these units ? ) also as it is bolt on, would i need an SVA ? --change the details on the logbook /v5 many thanks for reading whizzo
