It has been a while since my last post. When I first went to a trike in Oct I was thought I made a huge mistake and after riding it for 375 miles I parked in the garage. As I was reading on this forum I noticed a lot of you were talking about shocks and lift kits from DK Customs and also about different types of handlebars and how that made a difference in the ride and handling of your trike. So I researched shocks; lift kits and handlebars for the next 4 months. I communicated with DK Customs and also communicated with several of the members on this forum who used DK Customs to see how they liked the changes.

I received nothing but positive remarks from everyone. So I finally called DK Customs and told them my situation and they gave me their recommendation for me based on the information I provided them. I ordered shocks and a lift kit. They are the nicest and easiest people to work with as many of you already know. I also decided to go with the Khrome Werks 2x2 Narrow Sweepers Handlebars based on some of your recommendations. I don't have the tools to install all of theses so I had my local dealership do it for me and got the trike back today.

ALL I can say is WOW!! and thank you for your help and recommendations and a big thank you to DK Customs. I was about to give up riding, but after getting the trike back today and riding it I could not believe how well it handled. It is like it is a completely different trike and it has brought back that fire and passion in me to get put and ride again. You all are Great!!!!!!

This is what separates this forum for many others. I have always said there is great people around here, these people also helped me shorten the learning curve to really enjoy riding our trike. Congratulations on all the upgrades. :good: Ride safe Fred

Congrats on the upgrades Walt, I think you will really enjoy the difference.

Hey Walt, glad you have the renewed passion to be back in the wind! Thank you for the kind words. It is always great to hear that folks are enjoying the mods on their rides that they got from us.

Well ,You certainly have a great place to ride there in Fincastle. Lived in B'burg & C'burg area for 30 yrs when riding on 2. Now back in Ohio on 3. Safe travels. :wave4::wave4:

I have been a few forums thru out the years and I can say without reserve this is by far the best I have ever been involved with,99.9 percent of the folks on here are truly here to help( that .1 percent you know who you are lol). I too ordered Pro Action shocks from DK and then I installed the Khromewerks wide sweepers on my bike ,and I can say that the shocks have been the best upgrade hands down. The bars would be second, glad you are now enthused about your trike.
