Second If you talking about the front fender my 19 Triglide has the light on the fender ... and my 2017 Triglide had it also?...

Probably cost cutting on Harleys part...Also they eliminated the windshield vent door...

Once when i was riding in the hi way and it started to rain hard i forgot to close the vent and the water came through and blasted my chest, Unless they redesigned the windshield vent i can't see how you can ride at speeds in the rain without getting soaked with an open vent ??..
