Not from my smoker... A new BBQ Restaurant called Redemption BBQ in a neighboring town we ate at with friends after a charity ride... the platter is called the Texas platter... ribs, brisket, beans & fries... smoked mac & cheese or cole slaw are some the other sides. Smoked sausage is another meat choice. Good ride, good food, good friends, good times!

I'm not a fish person but I have to admit that looks pretty darn tempting. Good thing you aren't closer cause you might have been able to convert me and that's hard to do to get me away from beef.
