Avon has a rebate on them for the next few months. Make sure it's the new AV91.

In my comparison for the 19" Freewheeler, they were all around $139.

Look for free shipping. Check Revzilla, J&B Cycles or Cycle Gear if you have 1 near you.

If you buy from them & pull the wheel yourself, they will mount & balance for $25.

Bike Bandit has it for $148 with free shipping for the trike tire.
