2013 F6b, turn signal switch is pretty sluggish (sticky).... would like to remove the control housing and clean but can't find information on doing it. Found two screws on the bottom of the housing (one long and one short) but don't want to force things. Any advice would be appreciated.

This worked for me on our 2004 GL1800 -

First, I didn't take it apart. I covered the area that could possibly get over spray with some plastic sheet covered with towels. Maybe a bit overdone, but there it is. I got some contact cleaner and electronic spray lube from a local electronics store. Using the straw I sprayed the cleaner in around the switch button while also working it in and out. After it was working smoothly I sprayed air to dry it out, then used some electronic spray lube to keep the switch smooth.

i used some contact cleaner yesterday and it smoothed out pretty good..... will have to see if any of my many cans of silicon spray are ok for electronics to keep it that way
