Texas Trike Reunion

We will have a Texas Trike Reunion, April 14-16, 2011, in Kerrville, TX. This reunion is open to all three wheelers. Most will stay at the Motel 8, but camping is available. There are no fees, just show up. This is a bare bones reunion...no vendors, no door prizes, no hot dog eating contests, just eat, visit and ride the hill country. We have 50 rooms reserved @ $60 for one or two people. The Motel 8 is on Hwy 16, just south of exit 508 off of IH10W. Mention Texas Trike Reunion when you call. Phone 1-877-896-1511. Bring your rain gear.

There is no registration, but I will collect email addresses and send out ride information and the menu for Friday, the 15Th. If you wish this info, send me an email so I can log your address. More info later on down the road. Email me if you have questions at scoot62@aol.com.

We did have a little rain for a day or two, but the BBQ on Saturday was a beautiful day, sunny and warm, if you will recall.

keep us updated--we are wintering in mission so may do it.. ironically we are delivering a couple horse carriges from mich to kerrville next week----may bring trike with us and do a little riding while we are there.
empty trailer on return trip if anyone needs anything moved on our return trip

What a great time we had last year. Over labor day a bunch of us Southern Cruisers rode the sisters and of course, route 16 between Bandera and Kerrville. Always fantastic being with friends on wonderful roads. Rain don't scare me. I have grandchildren.

There is not enough rain / water in North Amercia to get George's trike clean.

Last time I teased him, he mooned me. Wonder what I am in store for now?

Would you believe that I just got the bill for lunch at Neal"s from last April rally !!! I called and was told that they found over 500 receipts that had fallen thru the cracks and posted late---very late !!! Maybe this year will be faster.

We got here Tueday nite---caught the lower radiatoer hose on the trailer when backing out.---well at least now i know how to change the radiator hose how to remove gas tank and seat. could probably do it next time with half as many cuss words !
lower 80's today and forecasted thru the weekend !! Wil try to forward a few photos.

i was told 76 trikes but i am sure a few did not get counted---3 days of BEAUTIFUL riding in the Texas hill country. If anyone is ever searching for a place for a nice ride i would certainly recommend Kerville Tx

Still had a good time meeting up with people and rides thru the country side. Noticed that overall mileage was down almost 2 mpg, but not sure if it because of the increase of the "E" in the gas or the winds or both.

Tom your the man at 700 per day. I'm looking to stop at about 400. MJ has been getting consistant 32 to 33 MPG with hers. Glad you had a good trip

I actually had a couple of 35 mpg days while on the trip. That is why I think they are slippin the big "E" in in larger amounts.
