Replacement Battery

Been having some slow or pulsating cranking when starting up. The trike shows it's getting charged and shows voltage at 14.5. It's 5 years old. Checked with the HD Dealer and they gave me a price of $185.00 then 1/2 hr. labor to install. $235.00 installed. Geez, don't ya just love HD Dealers. I can install it myself but, I have never had a battery shipped to me ?? Not sure of what I need ??

Totally agree.....tried Big Crank on both my trike and 2-wheeler, never have had a problem and a GOOD BUY.

Follow-up on Battery

The Dealer called me, and offered to replace the Battery with Pick-up and Delivery from my house at no charge. Saying they should have caught it on the Service. I purchased the Trike from them and all the service has been by them. Looks like they want to keep me as a customer.

You have a good dealer what's a few dollars between friends let him do it
