Trike Talk Texas Hill Country Reunion 2018

Y'a know Robert... it's like this, we Texans are rolling out the welcome wagon for the Hill country meet and well... Fuzzy here, he just stepped right in front of it.

The Texas gathering is a few months away and we mean no harm. I'm just hope our friend makes it to our Kerrville meet so I can shake his hand , put a beer in it and tell him what a good sport he's been

+1 really looking forward to meeting everyone! :drinks:

Hell Fuzzy, you only have a 1000 miles to go. Just over 1300 for us. Coming a day early to take advantage of BFCC. :clapping::clapping::p:cxtv:

Sorry Randall ............................

Just in case I decide to trailer trike rather than riding to K.....I’ve been outside checking my bumper hitch on the Explorer to make sure its compatible with the Aluma TK1 hitch.... NOPE! The bumper hitch is too darned high - waiting for a friend to come over now to advise me what degree drop ball hitch I need to purchase. Lights all work great on trailer though.

Bill and Jeanine - I will be into K on Oct 3 - Wednesday.... see ya’ll then! :clapping:

Oh gosh... you are getting to the BFCC early - save some for us please!

Also arriving the 3rd. Be good to see you again. I heard Lola told them to order extra this year, sssooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo :D:clapping::Dorag:

I'm planning to be there again. Was great meeting many of you last year!

Doug, I am so happy you are planning to be there. I went to the Boerne Spyder meet last year, but you were out leading a ride. I was told by a man there that you handled the emcee duties with ease and did a wonderful job.

Let’s see.... the diner is gone, the wild hogs aren’t there, Peter Fonda is probably in a rocking chair in California..... ???? What else is there to see and do at Madrid? :xszpv:

We were out there a few years back. Seem to remember the building used as a diner is in fact there, but not a diner. Some kind of store. Still a neat ride & nice little town. Ride safe, see ya in Tx.

Randall, what day are you arriving Kerrville ? 3rd for us. 2nd we are in Palestine,Tx.

Hey Bill :wave4: also shooting for the 3rd... but probably won't be until later in the afternoon. On a side note we're still waiting on both of our approvals for the time off. Shouldn't be a problem for me but Michele waiting to hear if she can or not from the school district.

I will be in on the 3rd also. The Super8 told me check-in time isn’t until 3pm. That fits well with my travel time. Sure hope Michelle can swing her time off...

Don't know your route, we normally take TX87 from CO and Houston. IF you go through Dalhart You should try Hodie's BBQ really good eats. A small town family owned BBQ joint. http://hodies-bar-b-q.business.site/

Looking forward to Kerrville!:D

Yea! Just got our Super 8 reservations, arriving 10/3. Looking forward to meeting everyone!
