Today I traded my Heritage Classic in for a new 2017 TriGlide Ultra Classic. I wish I had gotten one a long time ago. It rides great and didn't take long to get used to driving it as opposed to a two wheeler. Thanks for the advice I received on here. I can't post pics, probably due to me not having enough posts. Anyway, I got it and I'm loving it.

Welcome

Welcome to the forum from SUNNY CALIFORNIA!

Lots of good people on here with tons of really good information.

Enjoy that new ride......

Welcome to the forum. We will cut you some slack about the pics due to some technicality. By all means, take a look at the DK Customs Custom Lift Kit and their floor board extenders if they are already not on your trike. They both make a HUGE difference in your quality of ride. I too have a 2017 TGU and those two components are highly recommended. If you do a lot of two-up riding, then I would also consider DK Customs offerings on the rear shocks as they have some that reportedly make a huge difference in the quality of the ride for two-up. I ride mostly solo so would experience less benefit from the improved shocks over the crappy air-filled shocks. Bob

One good thing I noticed is that unlike any Harley I've ever had or ridden, I can easily find neutral. No more fishing for it and giving up. It just keeps getting better.

Since it's the vivid black color, I think I'm going to name it Black Beauty! I name most of the things I own. weird I know.

Hey Capt. Bob, while cutting slack could I have a yard or two? Sorry to steal a thread but I'm not allowed to post new ones for some reason. Could anybody fix that or at least tell me why??? TIA

Rather then buying a lift kit I opted to try Harley's "Zeppelin" air seat. FWIW it is kind of like riding an old H-D hard-tail with a sprung seat. The trike still jolts the same and I feel the jolts thru the bars but the spine-whipping that was killing my back and neck are gone. Not knocking the lift kit - I'm just waiting til my warranty runs out.
