Here in North Ga. we were down to 5 degrees and now up to 17. The High will be 27 degrees today then back down to 19 tonight. We have Ice and Snow with some interstates closed or blocked. This Weekend will be 60, maybe we can go ride then.

About the same here in west TN. Unfortunately when it does warm up it's supposed to rain. Hurry up spring!

21 last night, up to 36 today. Tomorrow 21 to 48, then warming on up to the upper 60's or lower 70's for highs, Saturday and Sunday. Had some mix of rain, freezing rain, sleet and snow Monday night which accumulated a bit, but sublimed off when the really dry air hit. Typical Texas this time of year. Our worst times are late January into February. Wife and I are going to take the Stallion out for some exercise this weekend.

This is winter I can live with.

Compared to living in Minn and Mi most of our lives this is a breeze

We just endured the recent Artic cold wave blast is passing through a large part of the country.

The current temperature is now at 72 degress dropping down to around 59 degrees tonight. Winds out of the NW at 15 mph. BRRRRRRRRRR

In the high 40's this morning at 03:30 when I went to the gym. High today 82* clear sunny with just a few high clouds and a lot of jet contrails. low tonight in the high 40's. Chance of showers late tomorrow night and Friday and into Saturday morning.

Southeastern Louisiana....been in the middle teens at night with snow, sleet, and ice. Wind chill puts temps in single digits and most of the interstates are closed. A lot of traffic accidents because of the icy roads with several deaths. Hurricanes, floods, alligators, no problem but we don't know how to deal with the white stuff !

It's not been bad here compared to some. We have just been cold. We hit a low of 3º yesterday morning but this morning we are warmer at 18º and it's supposed to ge much better to a high of 70º Saturday. I've had to wood burning stove going full blast so nice and cozy except when I have to go back outside for more wood.

Two weeks ago we called our plumber to come replace a frost-proof faucet used to water our cows because I've done it 3 times already in the last 15 years we've been here and I'm just too lazy to do it again this time. Can't use it anyway since the tank valve and tank are froze so we called them and said they could skip us until the ground thawed. You would not believe how much they appreciated it. Said they are so backlogged with broken pipes to fix that being able to skip us was much appreciated. Only takes about 3 hours but you got to dig down almost 3 feet and I'm just getting lazy in my old age. Plus I like the faucet they use compared to the one I can get. I've had them replace another that I've had similar failures with. The crap they sell at Home Depot and such are a waste of time in most cases.

This single didget stuff to be out of here today for most of us :clapping:for a while. Need Mr Sun to shine upon us and melt what’s here. I’ll take the up n down temps, just hate those single number nights, creates work and damage come spring. Plus it seems that the darkness has taken over . Stay warm.

Single digits here this morning, but supposed to get to 30 today and the next couple days. We had snow earlier in the week and always seem to have wind. The 30's will feel good but so much salt and crampon the roads from the ice that riding would be a disaster. Unfortunately we probably have 2 months left. Last year we were riding by the 3rd week of Feb. but that's pretty rare. Have a safe day!!

Yesterday morning when I got up it was 1. Today it was 8 and is supposed to get up to 20 by this afternoon. A few days ago, it rained (misty drizzle) in the morning, then light snow in the afternoon with the temps dropping the entire day until it was in the teens. That left a real nice (not!) layer of ice everywhere. It's SUPPOSED to warm up somewhere around 45 for the weekend, but it plunges right back down below freezing again next week......with some flurries. In other words, the weather has been a total mess with no end in site. I really feel for those in the South that get snow. I lived in southern Georgia for 4 years and I know they can't handle it at all. They don't know how to drive on slippery roads and they have no idea how to deal with it. I have a friend in Sarasota and it was 44 there day before yesterday. She thought it was really bad. I'd love for it to be 44 here for a few days.

At 8;30 this morning temp was 43 with a high of 70 today.

But winter cold is coming the Phoenix valley this weekend.

Lows around 36 on Sat with a high of only 58 :xzqxz:

But by Monday highs in the mid to upper 60's.

So even in the valley of the SUN it's gets cold at this time of the yr too.

You guys in FLA have cold Orange juice right off the trees
