Problem is I get tired at the wrong time and want to nap. :vxtyaq: It throws everything out of whack and then I have to try to get myself back on schedule. Ruins my concentration and then my attention span is short, planned work never gets done and other stuff gets forgotten.

Yesterday, I had an eventful walk and sometimes I find stuff. I did I found a laptop with charger in the trash and a marble. The laptop was rained on and had to be dismantled for cleaning and drying out, someone tossed out a nice Gateway laptop. The marble is a yellow cat eye. The laptop all dismantled on the table.

Yes, I did get a job in Butler PA for a shop, after 14 months of doing sub-par work, putting band aids on bikes that needed a lot of work and being told to put used parts on bikes as per the owner, we didn't see eye to eye. I had invested time and money into getting PA inspection and it would have been lick and stick on bikes that could hurt someone or worse yet kill them.

I hold I.M.B.B.A. Technician II certification and I'll be darned if I'm going to lose it because someone doesn't like to do a job correctly. I refuse to do a job wrong or halfazzed.

MMI is a picky school, Wyotech wasn't.

I actually enjoyed working in Big Lots as a floor associate.

Good on u, We think alike Ms Trike Lay

Snears and Lowbuk tried to armstrong me

I told them I would GO HOME and take MY crew with me if they tried to hold a gun to my head and force me to cheat the customers, NOT my style and the customers I still see when I am out and about ask me Where The Hell have you been, It makes me feel proud and stand a bit taller knowing I did right by them. Keep the faith Ms Trike Lady God knows who u r:cool:

You have to stand up for what you believe in. I believe in doing the right thing, as that is how I was brought up. When my final day comes and I go before the Lord for judgment I have to answer for what I've done. So I chose to do the right thing and be honest, treat others the way I wish to be treated and never be dishonest. :)

A friend who was a long time substance abuse/behavioral counselor gave me a piece of advice about dealing with egotistical maniacs: Never argue with an idiot they'll wear you out, drag you down to their level where they'll beat the piss out of you. Just some friendly advice to pass along.

In my line of work, Would rather have to justify a higher price .....Then to apologize for lower quality.....*****

Rode one of these ducks at the Wisconsin Dells one summer when we were visiting Jim's home state.

The last 7 years I told my boss in Houston he needed one of these and also suggested he tell Houston "powers that be" to get a fleet of them - just for flooding catastrophes like they have had for the last 3 years... all fell on deaf ears..... oh well. But, you know, who in their right mind would listen to such an absurd suggestion from a layman.

Would be a perfect vehicle for the situation!
