2013 triglide front brake shudder

HELP!! have a 2013 triglide with a real bad frt brake shudder when apply the brake medium to hard, have checked the linings, bled out the brake, checkedthe mounts, ck the steering head bearings & checked the wheel bearings, everything is to Harley spec ..... any help !!!

And i would check the rotors sounds like a warped rotor...

we have latterly checked everything, the only thing we have not done was pull the frt end down & ck the valving
