I love to see people that do things others wish they could. I wish I could make my 500 Shadow into a trike some day. Altho I think it would be a just around town trike. Welcome aboard. What do you plan on doing for the fenders ?

im in the proccess of making them now out of trailer fenders had to cut one in half and do some welding and make the brackets should have them on in a few days if my idea works anyway . good to c someone from my area on here lebanon isnt far maybe we will c each other on the beaten path:D

Good job, Welcome aboard. I've got a small 4'x6' trailer that should work well with my soon to be VTX1300 Champion trike, now that I've seen your setup.

Trike On

I built a small trailer using a 4X6 boat trailer a piece of marine ply wood ( aluminum sheet would have been better ) and a Sears Car top Carrier. worked great, gave it to a friend when I bought the one I have now.

im using a sears cargo carrier as well it works great on the long trips away from home .i should have more updates on my trike soon the fenders are on just a little more tweaking and paint should be done soon:D

I'm new here. I converted an 06 xl883cwith a ssts kit. The directions were horrible. Did you put the rigid fenders on? Can you give me some pointers? (did you cut them, how did you mount them?)
Thanks for you info.

Welcome aboard tfilan. Try posting your question in the Harley thread so the Harley guys can see it.

Hello, What do you think about the SSTs kit? I have a 95 Sportster that I want to convert. How was it to install? Were the instructions helpful? Do you reuse your stock shocks?

Thank you!

Sorry no help to your questions but WELCOME aboard.

Welcome to ya all!
I'm not far from Lancaster, over in Middletown. This area is big on Sunday morning bike breakfasts, usually within 1/2 to 1 hour away every week! When the weather gets a little warmer, of course....
