Radio Problem

I have a 2010 with Navi and XM, last week I got a great deal on 6 months XM and reactivated. The only stations I can get on XM or FM are the ones already in my presets, the radio won't let me find other channels when I turn the knob, when I press the Asel button nothing happens either, not even a beep, bike only has 7,500 miles on it. What am I doing wrong?

Use the channel up/down lever on the left handlebar

Thank you Blue, that worked, ai have been riding it so long with the stations preset and had forgotten how to find other stations, I was looking for the manual so I could look it up. Thanks again.
