I just wanted to let everyone know that Randy came thru as expected!

I ordered a 4.5 Rake kit from Zook and I had it installed yesterday! It is everything that Zook said that it would be. It turns so much better now and I feel that I have more control in the turns.

Of course the best thing is that Randy sold it to me for $350.00 less than my local Trike guy wanted! That really makes it a good deal!

When I bought my 1500 trike 3 years ago. The seller told me that without the rake kit. "it will make you strong". Well, after 3000 miles without it.... I felt I was strong enough! The next spring I added a 4.5 degree rake kit. The best money I have ever spent. I would NEVER ever consider riding one of these without one!

I just looked under my Ignition cover on my 1500 wing . looks like it can all be done with out the removal of the whole front fork assembly ( Front wheel and tubes etc. ). I f that is the case this may be a winter project For mine and Maryanns.. Everyone thinks 4.5 is enough and not too much

I have a 4.5 and think it is just fine. But I have never ridden a 6.
I did my own. It is not a small job. But with a digital camera and some patience it can be done. Oh, plus a couple special tools that I made.

Stan, I did exactly same thing about two weeks ago and feel as you do.
Randys rake kits are top notch and you cant beat the price.
I saved enough to pay for installation and still had pocket change.
Kinda like getting a free install. I love mine.

I had a local Trike shop install the rake. he charged me $250.00 to do it. he did a good job and it took about 4 hours!
