Central California
The house needs painting, the car needs new tires, and the ex-wife wants more support $$$, so… I did what any rational man would do in the same situation: I Bought a New Tri Glide!

A new 2016 Tri Glide in Cosmic Blue will soon grace my garage. It is still at the dealership being dressed with mirror chrome wheels all the way around, a tallboy seat and backrest, and street cannon slip-on mufflers. I wanted to do a few more upgrades to it but will need to wait until the hole in my back side where my wallet use to be heals up.

I look forward to participating in the forum and will be throwing out a few questions a little further down the road. I am from Central California and look forward to meeting and perhaps riding with some of you.

Welcome aboard from Eastern Canada eh?

You made a great decision to get a new Tri!! After all paint will wait and now that you have a trike the car can "re-tire" itself...:D Can't comment on the ex though...

Don't worry about the hole in your backside healing up as there is a never ending list of things to spend your money on now that you are a Tri-Glider...:pepper:

One thing for sure, you're gonna love it!!

Cheers

Doug

Thank You w/Pic as Requested

Thank you all for your warm welcome! Here is a pic of my new ride "fresh off the truck." It was quite dusty as it had not been detailed yet. The dealer is waiting for the new rear tires (16 in.) to go along with the Anarchy wheels. I hope to ride it home by the weekend and will post more pics with all of the upgrades. Tri Glide 1.jpg

Welcome from the other sc. South Carolina... May you have many safe miles and happy smiles. As for the ex...paying an ex is like buying oats for a dead horse.

Congrats on the ride

Welcome to the site,Marcus. Glad to have you aboard. Where at in Central Cal? I have lots of relatives in Hollister.

I live near "Fresburg," about a two hour ride from Hollister. (Fresburg, otherwise known as Fresno, is an agricultural conurbation where the tomatoes are are red, the cotton is soft and the cows...well...the cows just smell.)

Do you make it to Hollister often?

And a welcome from the other part of the country where you can ride year-round (gotta love it!). I agree with others that the hole will never heal; there is always something else to add, or chrome, or go faster! I think you will find that this site is a gold mine of information and friendly people ready to lend a hand!:clapping:

Welcome from Southern Cal. nice Tri..better than the other things you should pay. More fun too won't talk back.lol Should ride down to here some time lots to do and see will show you around.

My scooter is coming home later today (Thursday)!! The dealer sent me the pic below after all of the upgrades were installed. I purchased in$urance for it today, so it looks like I am good to hit the highways and byways with it!!!
