good morning

Last week I took a trip to Yellowstone stopped at gardiner to have breakfast came out and this guy said your trike is leaking so I look and sure enough a big puddle, anyway the hose from the thermostat had 2 small holes wore in it from the power dist box rubbing it. guy says he has a shop we can put it up on the lift and work on it great. now comes the part where our motor trike comes in. I call down to them and ask about part numbers, I get Richard will get back to you:xzqxz:

finally he calls back and I ask him about p/n for hoses I get I will have to go look at another bike we don't have p/n for that. I will get back to you later. in the meantime I gather up my pieces of hoses, had to be cut off and mangled because someone put the hose clamps where you could not loosen them up. now the good part of the story I hitch hike to the next town 55 miles away get 3 hoses to make sure, gallon of anti freeze and then hitch hike back to Gardiner. I was able to cut up a hose and make work. this was 4 days ago and I still have not heard back from tbms. I do not know how these people stay in business with there terrible service.

I know this is a long story but this is not the only time I have had trouble with this company.

I was lucky enough to see the dist box was rubbing the hose and trimmed some off the box before I got a leak. I went ahead and got a new hose ready just in case I need it. Sorry to hear about the service you got but I've never had any problems with TMS and their service. I'm sure you are like the rest of us wishing the they would come out with a service and parts manual but guess that is not going to happen.

Let Jeff@motortrike.com know about your poor service and the fact you were broke down out of town. Jeff is the owner of the company.
