I have and use the heck out of a Piggy Backer. The best bang for the buck on the market. It is not a pretty trailer but very functional. I regurlary overload it to the tune of 500 + Lbs, and have had no problems with it, either behind the old GL1200, or the Trike.

I also have a Time Out Camper that I use to camp.

trailer

I pull an ALUMA MCT all aluminum trailer. I like that its very light weight (less than 200lbs) is well built and very tough, has a 5 year warranty, and will match any bike I have. I have the polished diamond plate model, but they also come in all colors.

Currently pull one of two trailers. One is an older cargo trailer, for the local weekend trips, and other is a Rollahome Pop-up Tent camper with a whole load of junk that goes with it. For the longer camping trips.

Yep know about the junk; awning, poles,ac adapter, add-a room/garage,and deck.

I have an older escapade, the shorty model. It's currently white but having it painted to match the bike is part of the plan, as funds allow.

Trailer

We have the Escapae and have been very happy with it. We call it Cathy's shopping cart, as she got it because I would always tell her we could not buy anything because we had no where to put it.

Trailer

We have a Aluma MCTXL, which serves 2 purposes for us. It is the only trailer we found that my wifes mobility cart will fit in and we use it to haul STUFF! Great little trailer, we also have the diamond plate so it matches the Prius or TriCar or whatever else it is behind. We have even pulled it with the RV, yes we do get some strange looks with it behind the RV.

Don;t have one at the moment, sold my Bushtec Turbo with my 1500 2 wheeler. Looking at new one for the trike. Got some info from Adventure on the SST, and it looks pretty neat....:)

We pull a Bunkhouse camper. Had an old Time Out, the kind before they made it mostly a pop-up. It was basically an unbrella tent set on a platform, a good camper, never leaked and went through some high winds, but the thing took a half hour to set up. Looked at a lot of campers and went for the Bunkhouse for the large living area and a near-king size bed, not to mention quick set up time.

We pull a Shur-Kamp pop up camper, with Add A Room and Screen Room, it makes out to around 15x15 when all together.(and it does not all set up in 15 seconds. :) Picture in Garage, along with that we also have a 95 Cycle Mate 2000, for local trips.

We tow a '02 CSC Escapade Elite. We rolled that trailer some 45,000 miles with the Yellow Wing from March '02 to Dec '04 (33 months). We painted it to match the '05 Wing in Feb '05 and rolled a little more than 10,000 more to date. That trailer has served us very well.

The rig still turns heads as we tour the country. Sometimes, it's a pain in the butt, as we are in a hurry to pump fuel and roll, but bystanders come up and have a thousand questions they demand answers to. Gotta be nice...right...??

Here's a pic: :)

We have a Bushtec. and think its one great trailer. I put my wifes elec. 3 wheel scooter in the bottom for long trips, and have plenty of room for all our gear.
We pulled it 12,000 mi last summer.

Anyone have any input on the Aluma Trike trailer, model TK-1? Leaning towards purchasing it.
Thanks

Check back on the 2nd page of this thread. I think this is what Adventure Trikes sales???
Also Check with Bazooka, he might be able to give U some insight on them.

03 Clyde - PM me and I will be happy to answer any questions about the Aluma Trailers that you might have.

Cycle Mate 2000 for me. Plenty of room for suit cases, lawn chairs, cooler, etc. Certainly not the most aero-dynamic trailer out there, but a lot of trailer for the money.

I bought it from a guy that bought it new at Honda Homecoming a few years ago, hauled it home is his pickup truck and never used it. It was the "cream" color. At the time I had a pearl white '93 Goldwing Motor Trike, so I paid a guy $350 to paint it to match the bike. Also put some chrome wheels on it. Then a year later, I sold the '93 and bought my silver '05. I used the trailer one week last summer, so haven't coughed up the money to paint it again............yet!

Lees-ure Lite Tent Trailers

Hello,
Has anyone seen the Lees-ure lite trailer? The Lehman dealer in Portland has them and they do seem to set up in about 8 seconds with a 54" bed. Also, they appear well made and weigh 250# for the large model.

Had a Bushtec Turbo with my 1500, but sold both. Will have a new Aluma MCT that I ordered from Bazooka as soon as it comes in....:D
