I just purchased and had installed in one day, Roadsmith HTS1800 at KD cycles in Al. I have a little over 600 miles on it. My 2004 Goldwing 35000 on the clock, just don't get any better. Kevin and Kerry did a Great job at KD's. Rides great on the interstate, as well on the twists and turn in the back country. What covers do you use?

Good Morning Jim. Roadsmith has a real nice cover for the HTS. Here's the link... http://www.trikeshop.com/shop/product/197/roadsmith-trike-cover/ . It's a bit costly but will last as long as you own the trike. When I bought my kit, I also got the full cover. Fits good and is pretty easy to get on/off....

I ride a Gold Wing with a Champion Tike Kit. I bought the Champion kit from the factory and build my trike myself. 35,000 miles and not one problem. It works for me. Be safe and enjoy the ride. Larry

What Trike Kit Do You Ride or Plan to Install?

I don't understand how MT can be leading on this board. The only thing I ever here on here about them is that they only break down, and how much better anything else is. They don't even advertise on here anymore. I only come here for the abuse,(Joking!!) Mine only has 20k on the kit, but I have had no issues with it. They put in a new driveshaft even after I told them I didn't need it.

MOTOR TRIKE CHALLENGER on a 2013 Kawasaki Voyager. Kit was a poor install but a real tech got involved after a wheel bearing locked up. Now all is well and I love it!

I will be converting my 2000 low-rider with a Mystery Design basic kit IRS as soon as it arrives here in Australia.

Haven't ridden the harley since January, just don't feel safe on 2 wheels after smashing my pelvis in 2013.

Been riding a Can-am spyder ST for the last 14 months and I feel safe on that. But I still love the harley so therefore the conversion.

May keep the spyder till I retire in a couple of years if the world economy doesn't crash into a heap.

By the way smashed the pelvis on a Honda VTR 1000 sports bike, damn those sports tanks.

Keep us updated on the mystery kit install as I am considering installing one on my 08 stratoliner. I would like to know ease of installation, how it rides, quality of product. Thx in advance.

MT does lead in our area, being as they're close, and one of their largest installers is close. In looking for a GL1800 trike, statewide on CL, there wasn't anything but MT conversions (used). There were a few older GL1500's with older kits, and a couple of new 1800's with CSC kits at a couple of Honda dealers.

I also have the Valkyrie that was triked about 10 years ago. It's a solid ride, the problems I had (driveshaft & u-joints) were caused by me... gotta lay rubber for them HD folks.

My new ride, '07 w/ Adventure IRS, is really nice. Found it with just 13k on the clock, only 1700 miles on the kit, but climbing nicely. Gonna head for W. Texas for a few days...

My ride is an '09 Boom Lowrider... Verrrrrry Comfortable on long hauls and handles like a Corvette. Only issue is the wife sits up high and gets clobbered by the flying critters. Oh well, someone has to take one for the cause!!! LOL... I crack myself up

Humph. Thought I'd added to this thread, but apparently not.
We have a 2004 GL1800 with a SA 2006 Champion kit.
We use it mostly for longer trips as for short runs Gloria recently got a 2007 Trike Shop/Roadsmith Roadhawk. I'll leave it to you to figure out which is which.
