My wife has a 2007 Harley Davidson FLSTN that I'm considering converting to a trike using a Roadsmith HDST-R trike kit. The installation instructions that are online appear to be pretty good. I was just wondering if anyone has installed one of these kits and what's your opinion of the kit. Pros and cons. I did a conversion on my 2009 FLHTC a few years ago using a Champion IRS kit and it came out real nice.

Yes they sell for you to install. Follow the instructions and it will be easy. The independent suspension will give you a better ride than you had before. KEEP-ON-TRIKEN

Any body can buy a kit direct from Roadsmith ? I called them a few years ago they told me only dealers ? Thats Good to know .

Per Roadsmith website (see below)………I also asked them when I road tested one late last Fall before deciding on which manufacturer to go with on my 2022 Goldwing DCT…..they do sell kits to customers directly. They are located only 2-miles from my house. I ultimately went with CSC….

WOW! That is great news. How much is it different I cost than having it installed? Is that something that can be shared here?
