Good Bye Darrell

I am going out for a ride today with three of my best friends,one who just got himself a new Trike. It won't be for very long maybe a 100/150 miles but I will be thinking about a good friend of ours who will be riding other more lofty highways from now on. My good friend Darrell of 25 years passed away today from leukemia. Though an infrequent poster Darrell was a member here with his Stallion. I knew him through the other club we both belong to The Temple Riders association. Its been a hard struggle for you and Barbara these last few months and I am so glad that you both have been released from all the hardship. But I'll miss you every time I ride up to a rally point and you're not there with that smile.Keep the shinny side up Darrell, Happy TRAils.

Pegasus1300, I know it's tough to lose a good friend, but remember, He's at every Rally point and riding right along there with you anywhere you go. Why? Because he misses you too and he's not going to let you have all the fun!!

Condolences to you and Darrells family. although I never had the pleasure of meeting him, we are all tied together by our love of trikes. May you and his family find comfort and healing.
