My wife and I have an 09 HD TG that we bought this past fall. Only have 4,500 miles so far under our belts, but loving the trike. We only had it for 2 weeks, and our friends talked us into taking a road trip south to the Tail of the Dragon! Needless to say, I learned the ins and outs of riding a trike very fast.
I was looking on the web for trike groups, and found this site. Been reading for the past few months and found a lot of great information from the members.

Deano, welcome to the board... as U stated there is a lot of good information on the board... when U have time post some pictures, U had to read we like pictures :D Enjoy the board and ride safe...

Welcome Deano. We ride out of Lebanon (when its not so darned cold). We'll have to hook up when things start turning green. There's a lot of great riding in PA and we are particularly fond of the top end of the state (border to border) and the lower NY lake areas.

Thanks everybody for the warm welcome. Thinking about taking it out this weekend, "They" say it's going to be in the low 40s and as we know they're always right....

Jimhd89: We've been to Chucks and they're great to work with. We initially talked to them about a conversion and they got us excited about trikes in general. We know some folks that will only go to Chucks for work and he's known in the tri-state area as the go-to place. Let me know when you have it done, and we can go for a ride.

BlueTrinity: Sounds good, let's hope warm weather comes soon!

Deano: Thanks for the invite. Our ride will be done by spring.but I will need to get in some practice miles before I trust myself.I am sure we will meet up sometime this riding season. Just don't take us to the" dragon" to Learn.:no:Good talking with you, ride safe. Jim & Marry.

Oh, no - out at Deal's Gap the learning curve is very short, and they come at you quickly!

BTW- we loved it out there, an planning on another trip in the next few years. We actually liked the Cherohala Parkway better than the Dragon. Also Hwy 28 along the Tennesee River is a great ride.

Welcome to TrikeTalk all you folks from Pa., maybe we can all meet up at Americade in Lake George this June. I know John will be coming up from Ct. Check out their website.....also post some pictures of your Trike when finished....
