I am looking for a plain, chrome AC cover for my 2013 TG. I don't like anything HD or Kuryakyn has to offer and I don't want to do a Stage 1 just for a different look.

The stock football shaped cover is just too big. Has anyone seen anything different out there? I'm open to suggestions.

SC Blue, since you already said you don't like anything by HD, I won't suggest that or the, somewhat football shaped, Kuryakan I have on my TG, but have you looked at the covers by a fellow member, Kevin and TT sponsor, DK Custom Products.

The round AC cover is what I'm looking for. Just being a basic wrench and if I am understanding correctly, the Outlaw Hiflow 587 can just be installed on the bike, replacing the stock filter and cover, without doing any other tuning or mapping as long as you keep the stock pipes? If that's correct, I'm all in.

I'll keep an eye out for your reply and thanks for the info!

Talk to DK Customs or Kevin directly. Don't take rumors from here on something like that. Unless they have put one on themselves.

Most times you will need to change the back plate also. Maybe not always , but on most. It tales all of about a half hour at the most anyway.

As far as the tune, you are most likely correct.

some of these look like a EVO round air cleaner cover..That will work as long as you change to a round filter and back plate.

Some areas of the tune may be fine, others will go lean. Folks don't give it any thought about the factory mufflers capable of flowing more, all you need to do is just add the ability to flow more air by swapping the air filter setup. The factory mufflers and head pipe do a good enough job HD uses the same pipe and mufflers for the Stage V 103 kit and the 110 kit.

Thanks for all the input guys. I went back and forth with Kevin from DK last night and he was tons of help. Great customer service goes a long way. I'll be placing an order this week.

Kevin & the whole bunch there are great people to deal with. They stand behind what they sell also.:)
