I often get asked if I like the Trike as well as I did 2 wheels----I say that after owning many different Bikes over the last 50+ yrs that almost all of the Bikes got ridden between 2,000 & 3,000 miles per year and now with the "Biggie the Trike" I have over 30,000 miles in the last 3 1/2 yrs!!!! I do have to admit I am retired now, but I use the Trike at every opportunity I get. No more slipping and sliding trying to get a big heavy 2 wheeler out of the garage etc. Press the Reverse Button and back out then off I go. I am betting I am not the only one who rides lots more days and miles after switching to 3 Wheels!!

I ride a TG and still ride on two wheels.

There are definitely times I can ride the TG when I can't/won't ride 2 wheels.

There are also times when Mary would not ride with me on 2 wheels that she does not hesitate on the Tri-Glide.

My guess is that I do an extra 3000-4000 miles a year that I would not otherwise.

Your tellin my story!

My wife lost interest in the bike and hasn't spent time on it in years.
I spent last winter triking my 89 Harley tour glide and after riding on it she is back in the saddle again.
My daughter is really small and grew up on my two wheeler and it has always been promised to her when i kick the bucket but she could never hold the monster up.
I put her in the pilot seat on the trike and she took to it like a duck to water. her hands are to small for the clutch draw but she managed OK. It was the first time she had ever piloted a motorcycle.

Our trike sure has change our riding. My wife has MS she has ridden with me for over 25 years all of which she has had MS. This year she said she was uncomfortable on the curves and did not like the feeling. This is a woman that rode Deals Gap and at the end said that was fun can we do it again. Feeling only got worse as the year went on. Decided to get a trike to keep her in the wind. I told her needed to ride it a couple times before putting her on. Her answer was the way home from the dealer is one of them.

The past few years we have only put on about 4,000 miles she was just not up to riding. Well in comes the trike we put 2,800 miles on it in 2 months. She has even asked if we can get heated gear so we can go out later in the year. Now she is watching the weather forecast to see if we can go out again. It is really great to have her smiling again.

Congratulations on the Trike purchase. Love your story, keep her into the wind and remember to always Ride Safe. Sounds like she's a keeper....................Special Lady.

Wow! That is fantastic. Very happy for both of you. :)
