Bozo, heading to Sandwich Fair today. I will see if the old timers remember you when you came in with your clown suit! LOL I bet you were a sight for sore eyes....
Fry dough, home style French fries, hot sausage sandwich with peppers and onions, and home made lemonade, anything else you want?
Hope everybody else has a safe day. Sunny 41F right now, should be 62F today.

That was one hell of a game...No, we are not done yet, but home field advantage took a turn.
Happy birthday Sherry, stay warm on your ride today on your mystery ride.
Bruins won, Celtics won, two out of three not bad!

Was listening to a local sports-talk radio station about the fact that these two teams have had some pretty 'bad press' or very tragic things happen to their hometown cities in the past year. Ours, here in Detroit was somewhat (am looking for the right phrase, word...) self induced? By greed and the "we can get away with anything" attitude. And the good people of Boston, having to go through several days of unheard of fear and tragedy. We (Detroiters) can put stops in place to see that this won't happen in the future. (Bostonians), on the other hand, can put many safeguards in place to try to protect the public from future acts of this kind, have a much harder job (IMHO) ahead of them! But in the end, both of our cities just want to show our best face and hope the country and world see us as proud sports towns that just won't give up! Speaking of not giving up... Did you know that Boston and Detroit are two of four baseball teams from the original group of teams in the early 1900's that never left their original hometowns? These two teams, over the years, chose not to re-locate to another city. They stayed where they started, because their fans supported them, all of these years.
So to the Tigers AND Red Sox, good luck, please know all of your fans are behind you!!

Thank you for the kind words. Yes, both of our towns have gone through bad times. I know when I worked in Detroit things were looking pretty bad and tickets to the Tigers games were $10.
But, our towns will rally and we hope it will make us stronger for the future.
Yes, our teams go back since 1901, but this is the first time we have met in a playoff game since then.
May the best team Win!

A beautiful Sunday morning in sunny Florida. Been drinking coffee and lounging around, but it is definitely time to get on the trike and spend a few hours on the road.
Hope y'all have a great day.

Mornin Everyone! Looks like a fall day here, mid 60's for a high. getting ready to head out to a club meeting, then off on a 100 mile mystery ride, no idea what the destination is yet, then home to celebrate Sherry's birthday. Happy Birthday Sherry!!!

Happy Birthday, Sherry. Hope your day is filled with fun, goodies and surprises! ThumbUp

Mike and I took a wonderful 200 mile ride this afternoon, topped off by a yummy meal at "Goblin Market" in Mount Dora.....:10:

Hi Everyone, Sherry wants me to thank everyone for the birthday wishes. I think she had a wonderful day with great friends. Our mystery ride was 60 miles and stopped at a local restaurant, we had 41 bikes with 61 members (all are, our wonderful friends) and right after lunch they all sang happy birthday to her, needless to say, we had a great day!! ThumbUp

The Harley Davidson sponsor (the owner) of our local club was present and paid for our lunch!!! It does not get any better than that.

Good morning from East China Mi.
Boy, I never thought I'd see such a comeback especially in such short order as what happened last night in Boston!! WOW! Well, back to Detroit for three.
Congratulations to the Red Sox!
