Miles Can't Ride

Well yesterday Miles and I went out for a ride. We stopped three times and walked around, every thing went well. When we got home, he jumped out as soon as I put the Stallion in park and landed wrong. The vet said that he injured his patella on the left knee. Now he is on two weeks of medication and no jumpind or running around. Vet said 70% chance of not needing surgery. You know you do every thing right goggles, harness, and leash things still go wrong....oh well.

Sorry about Miles, if it is any comfort our last dog had to have both knees done and he never had any problems with them after surgery

Fred I know it's only been a couple of days but how is Miles doing?

I JUST noticed this, Fred. Is the Wonder Dog healing up OK?

Fred is on a long, trikin' vacation (headed to a family member's wedding). This past weekend he told me the Wonder Dog is being spoiled, doing well, and is frustrated 'cause he can't run and play with his toys.

Miles is doing well, I talked to his uncle this morning and the report was he is taking his medication and not running or playing ball. I made it 501 miles yesterday, without having to get out the umbrella. Lunching in Baton Rouge right now and could be at the Stallion factory tonight but since I'm not due till Wednesday I'll stop in Shreveport.

Some day over the rainbow Juju, da Chief, and I will hook up!!

Hey Ted, left TMS around 2 this afternoon. Just checked in here in Baton Rouge, hitting Adventure Trikes for service tomorrow afternoon. Spending the night and heading home on Wednesday. And the best news is Miles seems to be doing just fine!

Yes, it was Hunt's, Randy, Marge, Claudia, and Fred. And it was a great time, oysters and steak, yum. Then I headed out and made it to Tallahasee, 332 miles to go and one clean set of cloths left. I'm gonna sleep with the wonder dog tomorrow:woohoo:
