That's why i went to 3wheels years ago, I make my bagel run Snow or no snow. After I'm in the box, Then my Trike will be parked for eternity.sleep

We got lucky here. We had a 3.5 inch rain that cleaned the roads of all the chemicals and then yesterday was in the mid 50's so off we went. Suposed to be in the lower 50's today so may do it again, but it's 22 degrees right now. BTW- yesterday was great, first ride in a long time.

We have had a spell of colder weather and/or rain and even a touch of snow in SW MO. Good time to take a bunch of tupperware off the trike to change the air filter, took the tank out to tighten radiator hoses and got into the machine to do some cleaning and general R&R. Of course now that there are trike pieces scattered about and parts on order the next few days are supposed to be sunny and in the high 50's to around 65°. :gah:

Gorilla, I've been trying to talk my wife into moving south all winter, I let her know at least a dozen time a day just how much I hate this cold weather. I just don't think it's working we have kids here and work, so hope you guys down south where it's warm enough to ride enjoy your rides and think about all of us here where it cold and sitting around the fire to keep warm. Have fun and ride safe.

Well, we finally got a nice warm day so I figured why not take advantage of it. I road about 100 miles and what a good feeling it was. Then I hit a stretch of road right in front of the entrance to a rock quarry, and just my luck, just before I got there the WATER TRUCK went out on the road and wet things down to keep the dust down. Jeeezer what a mess. My trike looks like I have been off roading with it. GRRRRRR.
BUt HEY, at least I had a FIX.

Well, I've always been told your ride can be really clean or really ridden, not both at once. Apparently yours looks like it was really ridden. ThumbUp
