Zumo 665 and Google Maps

anyone know how to transfer a google map to the Garmin? I'm searched all over the internet and cannot come up with something that works. I do have Basecamp loaded and plugged in the Garmin. but, wow, that is not easy to get it to make a map. any suggestions.
