Yamaha Majesty Trike

Saying hello from Florida. I recently purchased a 2009 Yamaha Majesty 400cc trike. Yes, it's a maxi scooter, but it seems to have plenty of power. The trike is a Voyager, painted to match the scooter.

I love this thing! I have ridden a recumbent trike ( bicycle ) for several years because I have degenerative disc disease ( fancy term for arthritis ). I have had this condition since I was in my mid 20s, and it is not getting any better with time.

I thought that I would be able to ride a small motorcycle so I bought a Yamaha v-star 250. My back was not happy with this choice at all. So, the v-star is sitting in the corner of the garage and the Majesty is having all the fun.

Yet another issue I have is that I am quite short, just barely 5 ft tall (and shrinking daily). If I ever untrike my Majesty, I am doomed because my toes don't come close to reaching the ground. Not even a little bit. So, this will stay a trike for as long as I own it.

I think that will be a long while.
